I love family hotels/guesthouses! This one is easily one of the best we've stayed at. Great breakfast, they have pretty much all you need (scrambled eggs included). Small shared kitchenette is a lovely touch, didn't expect it 👍 In common area there's a TV with PS4 and NES - was a great opportunity to introduce my daugther to retro gaming 😎 Higly recommend this place, we loved our 3 nights here

Jennifer and Patrick are such welcoming and kind hosts. They were available whenever we had a question about our stay and gave us some hiking recommendations for the area. The property is designed very well and it is very modern and cozy. Everything was clean. I am so glad I looked past the negative reviews for this place, it is a real gem of an accommodation! The location is brilliant, high up on the Mieiming Plateau surrounded by stunning snow-capped mountains, and also away from the touristy areas of Tyrol. It captured my idea of an old-school wayside inn, packed with warmth, comfort and hospitality. The welcome drink on arrival was a nice touch, and I highly recommend going half-board here as the food is just exceptional. Great room, peaceful and quiet, really friendly staff, and a really hospitable and exceptional stay altogether. Thank you!

    I am so lucky to find good hotels and this one was excellent for me and my dog. A little bit difficult to locate but worth it! there are a few signs. The welcome was great and the owner is a really nice guy. The room, the food and the breakfast were also very good. My room had a massive (shared) balcony with a mountain view. For me a great advantage was that I could charge my EV in the hotel car park.

    Very nice host. Big room with splendid view on the mountains. No dinner served, but there is a very good pizzeria at 5 minutes walk. Breakfast ok, and parking available. Goid value for money

    The place is beautiful, we stayed at the appartment wich has a private entrance. Everything was easy, check inn, the arrival, you have lots of parking spaces. We had view of the garden and mountain. Breakfast is delicious, really nice coffee. We simply recomend this place. It is a familiar place where you feel welcome. Thank you family Seelos.     Nice Breakfast with plenty of options, friendly staff, easy self-check-in, free parking onsite, very big room, separate toilet room from shower room. There's a kebab place across the street and "better" restaurants nearby such as Greenvieh.
