This is a small boutique hotel next to a convenient supermart that ticked all the boxes for our short stay in Banja Luka. Staff here were exceptional, speedy responses on the app going out of their way to make a memorable stay for their guests. Special shout out to Vanja a gentleman at the front desk for his efforts. Contemporary rooms were spacious and comfortable. Bathroom did get a bit wet due to lack of a shower door but otherwise a wonderful stay with breakfast to start the day!

Great place just a short stroll from centre and 5 mins from Kastel and vrbas river. Good size room with comfortable bed. The restaurant/bar in the adjacent building had an outstanding menu and was great value for the quality of the food and wine on offer. Staff friendly and accommodating. You can chat via Viber/WhatsApp and they quickly respond. Booking an airport transfer with them also recommended.

Comfy and luxurious feeling. Big room with big tv and nice bed. Amazing bathroom and shower. Breakfast is arranged nicely, with fresh options to pick from. Small but pleasant buffet. The flat is in a socialist building from the 70ies, the flat is renewed modern and cozy, has nice view on the park. The bed was very comfortable. I come recently to Banja Luka, and always stay in the same neighborhood and this is the best flat so far. The landlord was super responsive and gave me a couple of tips where to eat. I would recommend this little cozy flat!
