The owners of the hotel, Gregory and Lien are gracious, friendly and helpful. The hotel is easy walking distance to the Halle town centre and a short bike ride to Komoot’s “Best of Flanders” cycle route (a.k.a. Vlaaderenroute). Safe overnight storage for our bikes was provided. Rooms are modern, spacious and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was great. Hotel Hallensis is one of the nicest hotel stays on our bike tour thru Belgium.

Very clean and modern. Large bedroom with fridge, Netflix and YouTube. Large bathroom with walk in shower. Very comfortable beds. Large lounge with complimentary drinks. A dedicated parking space for each of the three rooms. In a leafy suburban location. Amazing tasty continental breakfast with a wide choice and optional eggs, bacon and sausages. If you are thinking of staying here—do not hesitate. Our visit to see the bluebells in Hallebos was made even more special by our stay at Villa Servois. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with helpful recommendations for local restaurants and a brilliant tip to wake early and visit the forest to see the deer. We did—and it was magical. We had requested a room with a bath, and were kindly given one. The room itself was one of the most beautiful we have ever stayed in. Everything felt luxurious—the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, offering a restful night’s sleep. After a 10 km walk through the stunning forest, we returned to enjoy a boutique breakfast that was simply delicious. Each item was thoughtfully chosen, with high-quality ingredients and freshly made eggs and bacon. I requested tea with lemon and was served a divine bergamot-infused blend that truly impressed me (as a tea fanatic, I have now ordered some for myself!). Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. We would absolutely love to return one day.
