We loved our room that was right on the lake with a gorgeous view. The fireplace and chairs were so cosy and we loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the stillness and serenity. It must be the best hotel in the area and at a very reasonable price for the outstanding quality. The staff were completely professional and friendly, and we enjoyed some beautiful cocktails at the bar, and excellent quality food in the restaurant. The room was cosy, comfortable, and private.

The staff was great - everyone we interacted with was so nice. Plus the event staff and guide staff (Harrison, Ethan and Mike!) made the trip so much more fun! Spa was also wonderful and so was food - the Guide’s Pantry also had yummy options and was open mostly all day, which was great. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay, location was very central, Close to shops, trails and bus stop. The staff were so nice and helpful. We were delighted with our room a lovely loft space in a 4 bed dorm. Cooking facilities were good and place was spotlessly clean. A lovely wood fire in the main building great to warm up after a days hiking/sightseeing or meet up with other travellers to share stories. They also have a sauna and a restaurant. Overall a great stay. 🤗

This hotel offers great hospitality. The service is pleasant. The rooms are thoroughly cleaned. The front desk is wonderfully pleasant, and the shuttle staff are quick and always smiling. They offer morning coffee and tea at 3:00, and are always there to meet your needs. They always do everything you ask of them, so you can trust them. The food is also delicious.

Just 1 km from Lake Louise, Paradise Lodge and Bungalows offers spacious lodge rooms and fully equipped cabins. The property is surrounded by gardens which include a barbecue and a playground.

Paradise Bungalows is an idyllic pittoreske and peaceful mountain resort. It is truly a treasure in the busy and touristic area of Lake Louise. It really exceeded our expectations. The staff were fantastic and every little detail was perfect. We were celebrating my partners birthday with a trip around Canada. We were only staying one night and were greeted with a bottle of fizz and it was one of our favourite places out of the trip. Even better than the chateau Lake Louise! Would love to come back and stay for a lot longer.
