Everything. Staff was very friendly. Clean and very comfortable rooms with all the facilities. Nice little pool. They provide a lovely continental breakfast which is really nice. Exceed our expectations and fully worth for what we paid. Hoping to go back and stay couple of days next year as our stay was just one day.

I am a YouTuber from Kuwait and Traveling with my wife. The hotel is very comfortable and we both love their breakfast. Hotel Provides us the Free Car Parking. Most of the Restaurants and Shops are very near to the Hotel. Old Town with Car only takes 20 mins. Water and Coffee are free for the Guest and it is available 24x7. This is a very good hotel for budget travelers and for Business Trips.

Close to the airport - was exhausted - flew in from Tokyo to Toronto - AC messed up all flights due to delays - got to Ottawa at 1:40AM - then discover AC lost my baggage - therefore was at the airport until about 03:00 so it was great to easily get to the hotel (via taxi) to a very nice room - and later a great breakfast

Excellent stay with very welcoming and supportive host who went all the way to make us feel comfortable. Very clean accommodation. Snacks and breakfast needs like cereals. Milk. Coffee and tea provided. Nice terrace to sit outside and enjoy garden and flowers. Would highly recommend.
