We stayed in the Japanese room and it was absolutely perfect. Nice view, sauna on the terrace and jacuzzi in the bathroom. The service is excellent and we felt pampered for the entirety of our stay. They delivered breakfast to our room every morning, snacks and sodas/beer were always available in the room (with the possibility of refills), a bottle of white wine and red wine free of charge in the room and we were welcomed with a bottle of prosecco and a delicious cheese/meat platter. Highly recommended for couples who want to spend a relaxing and romantic weekend in the mountains.

Second time I've stayed here and remain very happy. Closely matches photos and description. Nicely situated in Spiez, out of the 'center' but close enough to easily walk to a few different restaurants, bakery or shop. Unlike many places to stay around Lake Thun, parking is just outside and easy. Clean and comfortable, 'no frills' but not expecting any.

    Amazing location Amazing service Very good breakfast Incredible breakfast area Celine is an amazing host Free parking Celine was so friendly and helped us with everything we needed. Unfortunately we only stayed one night, but we recommend at least 2 or 3 nights. AMAZING place! We would definately come back there.

    Fantastic property made to a high standard . With ample parking . We were greeted by Celine in reception . Who was very courteous and helpful . The room was excellent with fantastic mount views . There is no restaurant but a short walk away is a fantastic bar/ restaurant. The breakfast was a buffet with a fantastic array of delicious meats / cheeses etc Really enjoyed the place

    Amazing location with fantastic views from the balcony. Theo and Beatrice were the best hosts and so friendly and helpful. Loved the small family feel to the hotel, brilliant breakfasts and free parking were an added bonus.
