had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect – from the warm and welcoming staff to the delicious food. The breakfast was truly amazing, and the interior is so cozy, cute, and aesthetically pleasing. Everyone was super friendly and made me feel right at home. Loved everything about it. Location, decor, etc. Very well equipped too! Most importantly, the staff were very kind! I had to travel to another city and return to Geneva to pick up my bags after checking out and they were kind to let me keep my bags with them till I got back. When I got back days later exhausted for a night flight, they were kind to offer me coffee and snacks at the public lounge before leaving. Very automated but so user friendly and very safe too!

how clean it was and the team they were all very hospitable and the restaurant was a great touch. The food was incredible. They were accommodating. I was there over night, my room was extremely clean that was important. it waa quiet which is great for me.

Upon arrival the room was not ready as scheduled. I met the sales manager Ms. Isabella and the room was upgraded to a suite and a drink and lunch were provided as a courtesy of the hotel.
