The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I would really like ti mention Mr. Raul’s name for his commendable hospitality. We did had an early check in which he did it with very smooth process and we also did have a free upgrade from hotel. The service did exceeded my expectations. I would rate this hotel as 5/5 for his friendly and kind staff.

Very nice hotel in Bulle, with the possibility to do the check-in up and after midnight, that is a great plus if you need to travel by night and cannot arrive earlier. The room was big and clean, and the breakfast was good. It is also worth mentioning that there is a big parking right in front of the hotel, where we did not have any issue in finding a parking lot for my car.

I really liked the interior and cosy atmosphere of the room, comfortable bed and pillows for sleeping, cleanliness, top service from the receptionists and of course the location of the hotel. But as for breakfasts I would add something from hot dishes.

Perfect location. Fabulous apartment. Exceptional host. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need. The BBQ is a very nice addition.     The property was convenient , after you find out where the parking is . Lady at the reception patiently explained the right way to underground parking . First we searched for 15 min . Google did not find!

    Great location just in front of the station, with an underground parking or an option for an open parking area just in front. The rooms were comfy, nicely decorated & clean. The staff were very welcoming & nice. Also the hotel is close to a supermarket which opens everyday and witching walking distance to many bars & restaurants
