The staff were friendly and accomodating to us. They were flexible with check in times, allowing us to use their extra facilities and the owner Oliver drove me to Andermatt at 5 am in his van because the public transport had not started for the day.

An amazing apartment in a quiet village. It was spacious, clean, well-equipped for a long stay, with comfortable beds and a mountain view. The host was exceptional, helping us with everything, providing clear instructions on how to find the apartment, answering our questions promptly and even leaving us a welcome present (much appreciated). First, I don’t usually give tens, but Hotel Gerig and their staff more than deserve it. They made our one-night stay exceptionally pleasant. Already at reception we immediately felt at home. When asked about a possible walk to take he went outside with us to show the way. Two other staff members were extremely nice to my 6-year old. The hotel is very nicely decorated with art and pictures all over. The restaurant has excellent evening food and breakfast and looks as welcoming as the rest. On top of that the bedroom was great! Easy to reach from Göschenen by bus (stop Wassen Dorf)

    The property was very well equipped and comfortable. The kitchen was very practical and had everything we needed. It was also very clean. Katrin was a very helpful host and responded quickly to any of our questions. Andermatt was only 18 minutes by car, so we were able to easily get to the slopes. Parking at the apartment was plenty and free, which we appreciated!

    Beautiful views, and parking for lots of motorbikes in their barn. Stayed in an 'annex' at the rear which had an ensuite. Pretty rustic, but perfectly fine. Dinner was plentiful and well cooked. The access road has a couple of fairly hairy bends, but do able on a motorbike.

    The place is excellent 👌! First of all the hosts , Katrin and Fabian, are amazing - very welcoming, friendly , always answering all the questions. The flat they prepared is really felt like a second home - it is clean, cozy , with necessary amount of all tableware, dishes and even good quality fondue set!!!!! The location is wonderful- if you want to get some rest from loud city life , this is a place to be. Also there is enough parking lots.

    Astrid greeted me as I drove up the narrow road to this lovely location, and helped direct my parking. Then I enjoyed a delicious vegetarian meal on the patio terrace. The server was very cheerful and prompt despite my little later arrival. The shared bathroom was no problem, with separate rooms for the shower and WC. Plus there was a WC downstairs at the small restaurant.
