I can’t say there was anything I didn’t like! The location was beautiful, parking easy, the spa amazing, my room and the view off the balcony was beautiful! Everything was very well thought out. I liked the refreshment stands on each floor, I thought it that was a really good touch! It wasn’t a massive hotel so getting around was super easy, the restaurants were lovely and the food, well, yum!! All the staff seemed very pleasant and friendly. Nothing was too much :) the spa area is phenomenal, so so relaxing! The outdoor pools and area are fabulous, if you enjoy nature then this is the place! I had a manicure whilst I was there and my therapist was lovely! Very friendly too. I don’t think I’ve felt that relaxed in a long time, thank you.

Extremely friendly and welcoming. It is a great location in the peaceful countryside but with easy access to Appenzell and all of the nearby lifts. Breakfast is included, and a lovely restaurant offers delicious meals. Corinne was a fantastic host.

Couldn't have been an easier check-in. I contacted Esther beforehand and asked for a slightly earlier check-in and there was no problem with that. I was greeted at the property with a warm welcome and a tray of snacks and a drink. The apartment is spotless and incredibly comfortable.

This was truly the best stay in a charming little Swiss village. The hostess is absolutely amazing and so warm-hearted. The views are breathtaking, and the whole atmosphere feels wonderfully authentic. Having a stable right in the house is such a unique and special experience — it made our stay unforgettable. We will most definitely come back!
