Great place in a quiet town just outside of Lucerne (about 5 minutes by car/train). There are also some good restaurants near by, and free parking at the B&B- so the location is really fantastic. Silvia is very kind and warm and she makes you feel welcomed. Overall a very good experience.

Staff super nice especially one young clever man working on reception helping with all including breakfasts very pro client focused . He will be a great manager one day if He had this hotel under his responsibility It would work great also in the future as It is doing now . Also He helped me and found keys from my car and saved me 👍 free parking also great thing . That man is extremly polite very unique personality You do not meet every day .
