A nice touch is the welcome water bottle waiting in your room upon check-in. Room: Spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed—everything you need for a comfortable stay. Staff (The Highlight!): The staff and management here are outstanding—professional, warm, and truly among the best in Switzerland! I booked a weekend ski trip for my husband’s birthday, and the hotel went above and beyond by making my husband a personalized birthday cake. The way they arranged everything was both personal and professional, showing genuine care for their guests. They also helped us book a restaurant in town, going the extra mile to communicate with the restaurant to secure a table for us, even when they were previously fully booked Restaurant: Clean, modern, and absolutely delicious—a perfect place to refuel after a day on the slopes. Final Verdict: This hotel delivers an amazing experience in every aspect. From the unbeatable location to the top-notch service, it’s a must-visit for anyone looking for a hassle-free ski getaway. very delicious, local and healthy breakfast. Lots of yummy options. the room was very romantic with fantastic view. everything was well organized, very comfortable and practical. There was lots of storage room. the common area downstairs are combined with bar, very cozy and the stuff was extremely polite and helpful.
