Absolutely wonderful apartment complex in the center of Flims. Big spacious rooms, very clean, good heating system incl. floor heating. Bread delivery to your door in the morning was a lovely welcoming touch. We enjoyed game room with billiard and table tennis.

I booked a weekend ski trip for my husband’s birthday, and the hotel went above and beyond by making my husband a personalized birthday cake. The way they arranged everything was both personal and professional, showing genuine care for their guests. They also helped us book a restaurant in town, going the extra mile to communicate with the restaurant to secure a table for us, even when they were previously fully booked Restaurant: Clean, modern, and absolutely delicious—a perfect place to refuel after a day on the slopes. Final Verdict: This hotel delivers an amazing experience in every aspect. From the unbeatable location to the top-notch service, it’s a must-visit for anyone looking for a hassle-free ski getaway. Clean, warm and very thoughtfully furnished apartment. High quality bathroom and kitchen supplies. Loved the blankets on the balcony and the other tiny touches like matching colors on everything, lamps and outlets where you need them etc. Overall we had a great stay.
