The staff always made me feel welcome and appreciated, very personable and lots of attention to detail. Special thanks to Alex ant the front desk and Roman at the Spa for their kindness. The spa is wonderful and included with great sauna and steam and a very good size panoramic pool. The feel of the hotel is elegant and classic. Wonderful piano music with dinner. Incredible breakfast with wonderful staff.

The apartment was fantastic & very good value for money. It was exceptionally clean, well equipped & stylishly furnished. Everything was of excellent quality & very comfortable. The hosts made us feel very welcome & could not have been more helpful or hospitable. The location was very convenient with the bus stop being in view of the front door. Spiez is an excellent place to stay as it is on the mail railway line with easy access in all directions. Having stayed in Switzerland over 20 times this was the best rental apartment we have been to & we will definately return here.

The location was amazing. The staff at the reception and the restaurant were also great. The guy who served us dinner at the restaurant was genuinely very very nice, whereas the lady who looked after the breakfast was also super kind and friendly.

    Perfect location. Near to the Speiz train station and lake. Host was very helpful and guided us with all what we can do in around Speiz. The best part was everything in the apartment was quite new for usage including cutlery. Free car parking and restaurants are nearby. I highly recommend and would definitely stay during next visit.

    Breakfast was delicious and satisfying. Breakfast was served on a beautiful terrace with a great view of Lake Thun. The parking lot was secure and it had easy access. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was quite good, it had plenty of grocery stores and restaurants around.
