We had a large 3 bedroom apartment. It has all amentities you want when travelling with kids. The pool area was incredible with build in spas overlooking snow capped mountains. Pools are heated. Across the road from Lake Lucerne where we could kayak.

    Amazing room with both side of the room overlooking the lake and the mountains. Huge terrace with comfortable chairs and table. Very lovely staff, good breakfast with lots of options. We had a Turkish speaking stuff who helped us with breakfast and our car parking.

    The room we checked in has balcony with fabulous lake view, it was really stunning. The room was clean, comfortable, all amenities was provided, and free flow of water and soft drinks from the minibar in the room. The breakfast was very good in food quality and nice lake view during breakfast too. A safe indoor parking was provided with minimum charges. Overall the hotel is one of the best hotel we stayed during our trip to Switzerland.
