The hostel is excellent, very clean and comfortable, and in a great location - right on the water, with beautiful views, and less than 10 minutes from the bus station. The kitchen is very big and well equipped for guests, with spices, tea/coffee, etc. and shared spaces are kept very clean and welcoming. Our bedroom was very comfortable. Sandro is incredibly welcoming and goes above and beyond to give advice on restaurants, buses and also detailed suggestions for day trips, including Google map routes which we found super helpful and filled our four days on Chiloé Island! We highly recommend this hostel!

Beautiful accommodation with heart and soul in a very nice environment. Pamela was an exceptional guest, very friendly, caring and willing to help anytime. Wow. It is definitely the most comfortable bed i’ve ever slept at a hotel room for the last couple of years. Patricio was very attentive, he gave great tips about Chiloe and what to do, where to go. The breakfast served to bed was also a nice gesture.

I had a wonderful stay at Palafito 1326 Hotel Boutique in Chiloé, where I spent 6 nights. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful design. I especially enjoyed having direct access to the terrace, where I could relax while watching the birds and the river. Breakfast was simple but delicious, and the staff were warm and attentive. Just a short walk from the hotel, there’s also a lovely restaurant where I had dinner every evening. I can fully recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Chiloé!
