I'm genuinely surprised at the price we paid for such a nice hotel. I did book it, maybe 8 months in advance, so that's part of it, but we were very impressed. The whole hotel was designed beautifully and the location was perfect. The back terrace area was especially nice to relax in in the evening. Overall, we were just very, very happy with the stay.

An idyllic hotel with sublime staff and top location. Highly recommended place if you’re visiting the city. From reception, to service team, they were all just amazing. Very helpful and friendly people who have done their best in their hands to make us feel like at home. The breakfast was of a wide range, the pool was always quiet, and the rooms kept at high standards -although perhaps they need a bit of an update-.

Breakfast was great, good fresh fruit, pastries , good coffee. Scrambled eggs were too soft/ runny, but apparently that is how South Americans prefer it since other hotels had the same. Reception always helpful and pleasant

Central. Within walking distance to amazing restaurants, the Hop-On-Hop-Off bus, & a very large mall with all the famous international brands. Our room was exceptional - huge with sweeping views over the city & the surrounding mountains. The bed & bedding was blissfully comfortable. The hotel is beautiful and very comfortable. the food was great at both restaurants and the breakfast spread was one of the best we have experienced anywhere. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, even at 4am when we arrived and departed. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The location was perfect. Las Condes is an upscale neighborhood featuring nice restaurants, parks, cultural venues, and well-maintained streets. The 30-minute metro ride to the historic city center was well worth it, all the more so because there was a metro station less than a block away.
