The room has double-glazed windows that really keep the street noise out, the toilet seat stays warm—pretty fancy. Joye was always full of enthusiasm and more than willing to help us, he filled us in on all the cool places and fun things to do in Lijiang. We decided to hike Tiger Leaping Gorge and had a wonderful day. Joye, thanks for being so welcoming. You really made our Lijiang trip even better!

As soon as I placed the order, I received a warm reminder email, various reminders, arrangements for airport pick-up, etc. The service was done very well. The hotel is located particularly well, close to the ancient city. The environment is quite beautiful, and the second floor garden is beautiful. In general, we like the warm and comfortable atmosphere of Muya, as well as the friendliness and hospitality of the owners and staff. I can definitely give it a perfect score. The warm hospitality of the staff and the comfortable environment of the inn made our stay unforgettable. The innkeeper was very friendly and hospitable. Ask him for activity suggestions, and he will reply in a timely manner. The staff also maintained the cleanliness and warmth of the room. Homemade breakfast is very rich and delicious. The courtyard is really a highlight for viewing the scenery of the ancient city of Lijiang. The toilet even has a heating function, so you don't have to worry about freezing when you go to the bathroom. In the ancient city of Lijiang, you don't have to worry about dragging your luggage, the host will find a tricycle driver to help you move your luggage! We love this place! I will definitely come back if I can.

    I didn't expect this price and quality to surprise me. It's really nice. We booked a duplex room because some children were afraid of noise. The next day, we renewed the room and switched to a king size room. The store upgraded the room very well and we were very satisfied with the first experience. It's really a great place to relax. In the future, there is a parking space right at the entrance that is very convenient and comfortable from the moment we enter. The environment was given 5 points!

    The location is not bad, you can see the ancient city, but there are too few parking spaces. Finally, I parked in a toll booth on the roadside. The boss said that the license plates from other places are not a problem, so I just parked there. I came too late that night and didn't have a large bed room. I changed to a suite, which was quite large. When I opened the door, I was stunned. The next day, I continued to stay and changed to a viewing room, which was very good

    We stayed at Bivou for 3 nights at December. Position was perfect. Car parking 300 m. Room floor heated. Restaurant and breakfast superb. Hotel staff was nice and helpful.
