Accomodation is a short walking distance (10min tops) away from bus station for Wulingyuan park and cablecar for Tianmen mountain. It's situated in a small picturesque street filled with tiny family hotels and street vendors selling everything from food to souvenirs. By far the biggest upside is hotel manager Rainbow who is the most helpful and kind person we encountered during our trip. Her english is really good and she's happy to help with all the questions you may find. Even if she can't help you right away, she'll do research on the spot and find the answers. She will provide you with a map of both Wulingyuan and Tianmen and explain all the route options and their cost. You will never feel lost with Rainbow in your wechat contacts.

The location and the views of the room were amazing, great view of Tianmen Mountain, the owner was very nice picking us up from the airport and take us to the train station the day we leaved, also good instructions and advices.

Great location! The staff were very helpful - guiding us on how to get around, recommending excellent places to eat, and even helping us adjust our itinerary so we could make the most of our time. The place is very clean and well-maintained. Breakfast is also worth it - the dumplings are delicious, so definitely choose this option!

I stayed here for two nights with my boyfriend and our friend. The host was amazing from the minute we arrived. He helped us plan our routes for the avatar mountains. Everyday they gave us different fruit and teas to try. They looked after all our laundry free of charge and wouldn't take a tip! 10000/10 customer care! Honestly the nicest people. I would definitely go back ☺️

Good Location. Room was very clean. Boutique type of hotel with very nice and relaxed atmosphere. Girl at the desk Anine, was extremely friendly and helpful. She has organised for me 5 days of activities in all must to see places around Zhangjiajie. And everything was done by Chinese-English handheld translator. I couldn’t have asked for more helpful and friendly staff at any hotel. Love the place and highly recommend to anyone traveling on the budget.

10/10- Amazing stay near the airport with fantastic hospitality!​​ This B&B is perfect if you need easy access to the airport—just minutes away! The hostess was incredibly warm and welcoming, and her home-cooked meals were absolutely delicious. The room was beautiful, with lovely local touches that made our stay extra special. An incredible warm welcome, I couldn't dream better for my very first trip to China! The hotel is nice and clean. The staff is very available: they helped me install WeChat, assisted me in buying tickets to visit the famous "Avatar Mountains" and even offered to drive me to the station with their personal car to avoid taking the bus or taxi.
