Under the tall trees teaming with oropendolas, toucans, iguanas there is a little sliver of nature paradise. Every morning with our coffees in hands as the breakfast was being prepared we looked up to enjoy in awe with nature. You will likely see more wildlife here than you ever will in the national park. Our host Valerie was very accommodating and made us feel very relaxed in the beautiful yard and garden that she herself had designed. The property sits beautifully in nature and yet is not far from activity, whether in town or the national park. Live music with a great local Calypso band played at a beach side bar just outside of the property for a memorable taste of local culture.

this house is situated in a small quiet road in the center. I was welcomed by the friendly daughter Anelka of the owner . 2 rooms and one living room kitchen. All very clean and modern. In each room one double and one single bed very comfortable, air condition, ventilator. The bathroom is large. Hot shower. Toiletries. Large modern kitchen well equipped with induction hob, microwave, coffee filter machine and a lot of plates, glasses . One sofa in the living room. TV. Strong Wifi . They answer quickly to WhatsApp messages. The owner leaves next door. They largely deserve 10.

Excellent accommodation set off the road in beautiful grounds amongst tropical trees, plants and the amazing howler monkeys. It was so much better than I expected and also close to the small town within walking distance via a pathway, about 10 minutes walk. I think we saw more wildlife in this area than other places we visited such as Fortuna which is on the recommended tourist trial. You feel like you are in your own little tropical rain forest and rooms are not overlooked . All facilities around the pool are also great.

Wildlife everywhere...stayed 2 nights and saw way more here from porch then saw in the NP ..howler and capuchin monkeys at all times of the day huge iguanas agouti birds butterflies crabs so much to see it was incredible..was the highlight of our trip of 20 days so far .. if you are visiting for wildlife THIS IS DEFINITELY FOR YOU!! DONT HESITATE it was amazing. It's a wooden simple private cabin with a comfy hammoc Cahuita NP next door and in centre of town There is a kitchenette you can access fully stocked ...the fans in room are good enough to keep you cool as well as the bug netting around beds was nice

An exceptionally beautiful lodge. The two hosts, Delphine and Bert, have created a little paradise. Everything is absolutely beautiful - the garden, the pool in the middle of the jungle, the houses.... The hosts are very nice, helpful and funny. It is close to the very pleasant village of Cahuita.     best hotel we had on our trip. the breakfast bread was awesome. you can get beers from a freige for 1500 colones. the rooms are just perfect. sone animals in the garden frogs, birds… not far from the city and not far from the beach. we could leave our car for 4 days in the parking lot because we where going to bocas del toro. afterwards we haf a stay for 2 nights again.

    The hotel was quiet had a small swimming pool and a parking lot located 150 meters Infront of the hotel! The room had 2 balconies and access doors! One on the swimming pool side and another on on the ocean front!

    Our king size bed along with kitchen unit was very comfortable! Great location! Delicious breakfast. Beautiful view and friendly staff. Enjoyed the clean pool and the locked parking lot.

    Very friendly and genuinely nice hosts. Rooms had AC and were reasonably sized and reasonably clean. They have a kitchen which you can use with cooker, fridge etc. Would be ideal place for someone who needs these facilities and needs to be close to the center. and bus station. Nice people and atmosphere, and friendly dog. Secure parking.
