Property is easy to find. Perfect location, groceries, cafes, restaurants, exchange office, park and town centre are on the doorstep. I appreciated wide selection of teas and a cofee machine. Brochures and maps together with board games are a nice touch. Beds are very comfortable. Host is extremely friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay - the villa was renovated with care and passion, offers all amenities you might need, including a double shower, and a fully equiped kitchen. One small bedroom for two + 3 extra beds in hte living room available. Recommended!

The apartment is excellent—very spacious and fully equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch, or dinner, including a stove, kettle, coffee machine, pots, plates, cutlery, and more. A lovely park is close by, and within a 3-minute walk you’ll find a shopping mall with a Costa Café, a Bila supermarket, and many other stores. I stayed for 5 nights but could easily imagine staying for a month. Public transportation is available nearby, though the city is compact and very walkable—I mostly went everywhere on foot. As for parking: on weekends it’s free in the designated spaces on Habrmanova Street, and on Nerudova Street parking is free at all times.

AP10 is a fantastic modern studio apartment, clean, comfortable and very well thought out, there is everything you need for a self-catering stay: fully equipped kitchen inc cutlery, dishes, pots & pans, full size fridge, etc; big comfy bed; large bathroom; sitting area and dining table; washing machine; lots of storage! The outdoor patio is a lovely place to read and enjoy the outdoors. The location is in a quiet residential neighbourhood 5 min walk to the train station and many amenities including parks/playgrounds, supermarkets, cafes, shops; its an easy stroll to the river, the old town, and the Flosna pool if you're in Hradec Kralove in the warm weather :) Checking in is super easy, and the owner is very communicative and helpful with information (thank you Michal!). I had a wonderful stay, and hope to come back again!!
