Our flight had been delayed. We called the hotel and got specific instructions to where the key will be. Very smooth check in. The room was very comfortable and clean. Exactly what we needed after the long journey. I ordered sim cards to the hotel, and they waited for me in the room. Everything was perfect!!

For us the location of the hotel was excellent: the city center is quite accessible by public transport, but we lived in a real tranquility with birds singing next to the hotel almost non-stop. Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent cook who was making home-made desserts and breakfasts every day. The staff really went the extra mile to satisfy our requests, including ordering non-diary milk for coffee, even though it wasn't on the regular menu. The room was spacious, had everything we needed to live and work there for the two weeks that we stayed there. The airco in the room worked perfectly, keeping the room cool (but not too cold) over several days of +30°C outside.

Everything. For the price, this was amazing. The room was enormous and perfect. The breakfast was beyond anything I could have imagined. The facilities were clean and the staff was so friendly and nice. I really enjoyed the fitness center and pool. I will definitely be back on my next trip to Prague.
