This is a great place to stay. I must say I loved everything, but the thing impressed me the most is the friendliness, professionalism and welcoming of all the staff. One aspect that I loved as well was the cleanliness of the rooms and the fact we could park immediately in front of our room door. If I had to make an improvement, would be in the showers and the amount of hot water available (although 100l is plenty and we should all care for our environment). The restaurant is also very good. Overall this place really made me feel at home, from the amazing smell of the sheets to the comfort food! Thank you Kobero!

Very clean and beautiful room, with everything you need regarding the bathroom and kitchen. Regarding the booking the room, i set some mandatory filters and there was a little confusion, the owner was right with what he set in the profile. We checked together and that was it. However, he understood that certain errors could occur, he understood and solved it easily. I recommend this accommodation to everyone!

Nicely restored historical building in a queit village/suburb. Big rooms. Breakfast was great (eggs prepared on request) and there were good dinner options as well. Nice atmosphere. Private parking in the courtyard is a big plus.

    Nicely reconstructed small hotel plus restaurant. Surprisingly high quality in a very little town. Very close to highway, close to Brno. Comfortable parking places.     Its not a room only But the whole flat! Extremally clean and huge. Great service. Very good restaurant in place. Free parking and Just a minute from the motorway. Breakfast A bit poorer But still ok. Definitely recvomended.
