The owner allowed us to use the second kitchen and second bathroom. The room's so spacious and we really feel like we are home. The owner couple's lovely and very welcoming. Willing to stay here again next time we are around the area. Bad Aibling's a cozy sised town, and just within walking distance, so many choice of restaurants there..

    Very warm comfortable place. Host is nice man always doing work on property to keep it clean. Security shutters and windows are perfect to keep out the light and enjoy resting. Room was very open and inviting, patio was nice to sit out on, parking was very good, other guests all respected one another.

    Maybe the design is a little outdated but the comfort is A+ and the staff is amazing. Spacious room with a bathroom and a balcony. Balcony looks at the yard with a lot of tall trees (hide the outside parking) that all the buildings are spaced around. Great breakfast. Travelling with a dog (20 kg): Additional Fee. She loved lounging on the balcony and just supervising everyone passing through the yard. The property is next to the woods with several walking paths, some are natural some are asphalt.
