Check-in and check-out are finished online. Their website is very nice. The process went smoothly. The location is very close to train and market. The place just feels like home. They even have kitchen and refrigerator. What I like most is the words on the mirror "you look suit today", which let me be in good mood every morning. There was a mistake on my invoice. I contacted staff through WhatsApp. The person quickly fixed this issue.

We loved everything about that hotel - from the parking, through the bio shampoos to the automatic lights that guided our way at night. Extremely cosy, sweet, comfortable and well-located hotel. The staff were the most friendly people we met in Germany. All our questions answered, all our requests met. We were so impressed the week before that we booked another night on our return trip. And it probably won't be our last stay there!

After a crazy day of flight cancellations we ended up in Munich from Gothenburg missing our connecting flight to Romania. We had to arrange somewhere to stay overnight at short notice. We managed to get the last room at Park Residence. However we were unsure that we would make the last check in at 00:00. We rang the hotel and the owner was very kind and reassured us (in impeccable English I might add), that it was ok to come late as the room was ready. It was a very comfortable stay, and a well needed rest. The owner was kind to help us book a taxi back to the airport for the following day and handled our stress with kindness and calm! I couldn't be more thankful for the help as the trip started off very stressful. Plus with 2 kids and a baby in tow, didn't make it easier. Unfortunately we didn't stay for the breakfast buffet, but I'm sure it is wonderful as well. Thank you very much Park Residence for the help and comfort. Good luck in the future.
