Aracely welcomed us with open arms. She made us feel at home from the moment we met. We had a great time and wonderful memories. There are adorable dogs too. The room is comfy and had just what we needed considering the fact that we were in the countryside. Aracely offers breakfast and dinner. So no need to look for restaurants around. Beautiful views over the mountain from the guesthouse.

The food was the best we had on our vacation. The staff were extra kind and accommodating. Horseback riding, jacuzzi, billiards, darts, fireplace were all fun and relaxing. Sightseeing in the middle of 5 volcanoes (including mildly active Cotopaxi) between 6am and 8am was the absolute most awe-inspiring landscape view I have ever seen. Nobody saw the peak & plume for 3 weeks before we got there. Don't miss this destination on your itinerary!

We had an amazing stay at Ruta de los volcanes. The rooms were clean and with hot water. The location is perfect for the Cotopaxi National Park. Darwin was such a wonderful host. He helped us planning our hike in the park and even helped us with our planning for the next days in Ecuador. Even though one night we were the only guests, the fireplace was lit for us and we got the best meal we had eaten in weeks.

Fernando was really pleasant owner. Restaurant offered very good coffee (no only instant), I love their soup. Around hotel was a lot of animals - I could feed the llamas with carrots. Very very very nice, calm, comfortable place where to stay during your visit Cotopaxi parque. Nice view from restaurant in case volcano is visible :D ...

Really comfortable, cosy room. Real fire in room was a treat! Good quality, homemade food. Loads of animals including friendly dogs. Reception/dining area reminded me of a cosy English country pub. The hosts organised a guide at short notice to take us to Cotopaxi.
