Amazing hotel with great facilities and very helpful staff. Front desk were quick to upgrade one of our rooms to a suite after one of our rooms had to be cancelled last minute. Although far from the capital itself, definitely a wonderful getaway if you dont want to be in the middle of Cairo's busier areas.

Our stay at the Big Family Home in Madinaty was truly exceptional and it stood out as one of the best experiences my family and I have ever had. From the very first moment, it was clear that this property offered something unique compared to the numerous rentals I had previously tried in Madinaty. It felt like the closest I have ever been to a heavenly retreat, combining comfort, beauty, and a warm sense of home. The flat itself was extremely well equipped, providing everything I could have imagined and much more. Every detail seemed thoughtfully arranged, from the furnishings to the amenities, making our stay effortless and enjoyable. The space was not only practical but also elegant, giving us the perfect balance between functionality and comfort. The cleanliness and overall upkeep were spotless, which added to the peace of mind during our family time. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the garden view. It was magical, calm, refreshing, and breathtaking to wake up to every morning. Whether it was enjoying a cup of coffee at sunrise or simply relaxing in the evening, the scenery created an atmosphere that was both inspiring and soothing. The location was equally impressive, perfectly situated in Madinaty to give us both privacy and convenience. We felt well connected to everything we needed, while still enjoying the quiet charm of the neighborhood. Another key factor that elevated our experience was the host. Polite, respectful, and highly responsive, the host made sure that our stay was smooth from beginning to end. Communication was easy and professional, and every inquiry or request was handled quickly and thoughtfully. This kind of attentive hosting added a special personal touch, showing us that the comfort of guests is genuinely prioritized. In short, everything exceeded our expectations including facilities, cleanliness, comfort, value for money, and above all, the warm hospitality. After staying here, it is difficult to imagine trying anywhere else.

The apartment was beautiful, clean, and conveniently located near everything we needed for daily life. What made the experience even more special was the kindness and generosity of the host. He welcomed us with great hospitality and even allowed us to check in early upon arrival, which was truly amazing. I will definitely stay here again and again insha’Allah.
