Everything from Start to finish was excellent Excellent communication, the staff will go above and beyond to help you. I was shocked by the level of service and cleanliness at the facility. Rooms are spotless organised and have everything you need. I travel a lot across Europe and I honestly found second home hospitality are way better than many top name's hotels in Europe. This apartment is truly amazing! It’s impeccably clean, features modern furniture, and has new appliances. The compound boasts a large green area with relaxing swimming pools just a short walk away. I had an amazing stay at Sokon Residence in Madinaty. The location is absolutely perfect and conveniently close to everything. The apartment itself was super modern, beautifully furnished, and incredibly comfortable. I was especially impressed with the spotless cleanliness throughout the place, it truly felt like home. The staff were exceptional, always helpful and welcoming. A special thank you to Nourhan from customer service, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be coming back.
