The facilities are quite new, very clean. You can use aqua park the whole territory of Laguna Vista- across the street. Sea and beach are over there as well :) there is a mini bus you can take if you don’t want to walk. In the evening the bus is extra cool- with colourf lights on and music 😃 The staff is very nice and attentive, especially the Manager, Mohammed. Real professional- in how attentive, polite and helpful he is. Food us tasty, maybe not as many options as other 4/5 * I have been to, but still nice.

Fantastic fantastic resort! I cannot praise this hotel enough. We stayed at a different resort prior to this and oh my how the experience differed. Amazing food, exceptional service and METICULOUSLY clean. I cannot stress how clean this resort was. My boyfriend and I were walking barefoot because the whole resort was spick and span. Praises to the chef! I had read good reviews about the food but if I tell you how I was blown away by the food. So much variety every single day and the attention to the quality of the food. It is criminal how good the food here is, please please keep it this way because we very well intend to return!! We sadly only spent 3 nights there but will certainly come back for longer. There were still vendors trying to sell their services but they were not as invasive as the other resorts. If they would not bother you when you are just resting on the pool chair, it would be absolutely perfect. The waterpark was amazing! I'm surprised more people were not using it. My boyfriend and I tried most of the rides and they were just amazing. This resort is a gem in sharm el sheikh and I will make sure to recommend it to everyone!! Thank you for making our days there so memorable!!

Liked everything. Starting from the reception, as we were met by the manager Asem (if I spelled the name correctly), he was polite, patient, friendly. The infrastructure is normal, the food is varied, the spa is good, everything in this place is excellent, the service is professional, especially the manager Olga, she has a special high professionalism. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a good, quality vacation without problems and just for fun. Thank you hotel management!!
