I loved it all. The atmosphere of the hotel is very special. Loved the fireplace. The guy at the reception, Jaime, was going out of his way to help with everything. He even ran out of the hotel to help me find parking.

The place was clean and near everything I needed, perfect what a 5 day stay where I would be self catering myself. Everything was provided that I needed, and if it wasn’t, they got it for me before I even arrived. Nothing to complain about at all

Great property, loads of areas to sit and enjoy the sun. The pool is lovely as well as the gardens. Kids absolutely loved it. My favourite area is the outdoor/ covered grill area. Nice to be able to cook and watch the kids swim at the same time. 1.5km from Playa de Arenal main beach so super location as well, will definitely return

    Apartment was well laid out and location was fine. Quiet. We used it as a 2nd base/overspill for bigger family holiday so spent limited time there. Pool was good and easy access to facilities. No complaints. Plenty of on-street parking..we did not need garage access.

    Very clean apartment located so close to all the bars and restaurants along the beach front. The decor was really nice and the apartment was very well equipped. The balcony was on the side of the block, but the views were good, including sea view one way and a pool view and garden of neighbouring apartments. Car parking behind was so useful.

    A good location with some excellent touches. The facilities in the complex were great, the pool was immaculate and very quiet. There were some helpful things in the apartment like portable sun loungers that were very helpful. The kitchen was great an enabled us to make breakfast every morning and store things in the fridge. Lovely balcony which was perfect for mornings and evenings. Free parking outside and within walking distance to the arenal. Hosts could not do more for us and were extremely helpful. Would recommend to anybody :)

    Overall The property was a good standard and walking distance to the beach and local restaurants. Area was safe and good for teens to have a bit of freedom. Communication with Tamara at the letting agency was fantastic. Plenty of parking with underground parking and street parking. Lift up to the apartment is from the ground but not the car park but wasn't a problem as access from the street was easy.
