Hosts are very friendly and very nice people , it’s a nice , spacious and comfortable place . Nature around is amazing really recommended to go and explore more of the mountains. Place has everything what you need , including kitchen and all amenities. Bed is comfortable, everything is clean , I highly recommend.

Las Tejuelas is one of the most charming places we visited. One of the reasons is the amazing personnel of which we met Belen and Marina on our first and second stay. The location is in the most beautiful surrounding, the hotel itself with it’s interior is of very high quality! Dinner at the restaurant was excellent and they were very flexible with the time. We also enjoyed breakfast very much. Thanks a lot Belen, for taking such good care also of Emily, our 1 year old daughter, for showing her the animals and for even brining her bubbles 🙏🏽 We will definitely be back!!!

We are so lucky since Balcon de la Sierra recently opened, and all amenities were in place. Ana and Samuel are super great hosts. They ensured that our stay at their place was comfortable. They even provided 1 extra room during our stay. I highly recommend Balcon de la Sierra as a place where you can be comfortable and secure. Especially for family, this is exceptional since they have a clean pool with a nice mountain view. The location is in the middle of all key places where you can drive 30-1 hour between Trujillo, Merida, Caceres, Guadalupe, Plasencia, and Badajoz. 10/10 rating for our experience. Very kind and helpful staff, a nice bar and good breakfast! The room was clean, well maintained and equipped, with comfortable mattresses. We even tried the pool, it was fine for a late evening splash :) It is obvious that the hotel has lost some of its original features, but it still has its lovely charm. It was a perfect one night stay on our road trip with my husband.

Quiet hotel accommodation with ground floor rooms. Secure key card entry building in a separate building across the street from the main hotel. Off street parking locked at night.
