We loved the host! Lilja is so friendly and served us a delicious Faroese breakfast every morning of our 1-week stay. The rooms were clean, fresh linen and towels, easy access, parking spot for our car and situated in a very cosy town with options for bowling, eating out and winter bathing! Wi-fi and Tv worked, though we didn’t have to use it much.

“Absolutely amazing stay!” This is honestly the best place I’ve ever stayed. The apartment is beautiful, spotless, and has everything you could possibly need — full comfort and a real home feeling. The location, right next to the Gøta Museum, is magical: quiet, surrounded by nature, with stunning views of the village and the sea.

The guesthouse location is gorgeous, in Gjorv. Our room, in the other building down the street had a great view of the town and the water. It was nice to sit outside the room at the communal table and chairs and enjoy it. The room was spacious and modern. The cable TV was great! It was an unexpected treat. Parking was easy. The restaurant meal was good, with salmon and lamb on the menu. Breakfast was a small, but tasty buffet with the best apple and pecan pastries!

The apartment was a comfortable base for exploring Faroe Islands. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen spacious and well equipped. It was a safe haven we returned to with pleasure after a day of hiking. Gudny was always available to answer all our questions and his brother even replied from a fishing boat in the North Sea :) All in all, it was a very good experience. Thank you!
