we stayed at the Bella’s Sweet and it was beautiful. The decor in the room and through out the Manor House with so cosy and fresh. Our room was very clean and came with plenty of refreshments and included a kettle and coffee machine. Our bed was a large size and extremely comfortable and came with 2 different types of pillows (one flat, one high) for preference. We arrived at the Manor House around 8pm to check in at the restaurant, which although it was very busy we was checked in straight away. Staff was a nice friendly young team. Me and my partner wish we had a meal but I recommend to book as the restaurant seemed fully booked on the Saturday night. I spoke to another couple who stayed for dinner and they said it was lovely food. Breakfast had a lovely variety, with vegan break options available. I had the avocado, bacon and poach egg on toast, whilst my partner went for the full english breakfast, we both cleared our plates! Overall, this was definitely one of the few best hotels/inns I’ve stayed at and would definitely stay here again if we are visiting the area.

Only there for one night but idyllic setting if want a quiet cozy retreat. Fabulous welcoming hostess, and wonderful little room. Breakfast is always a make or break for me...and this one was perfect. This is accommodation with personality and I highly recommend.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay in the Superior Family room very much. This is a feel good, cosy place, run by two friendly owners. Highlight is the traditional breakfast, being served in the beautiful central room. Appreciated the coffee and cookies in the room as well. Location is perfect, on walking distance to centre with lots of shops and restaurants.

Our stay here was amazing, couldn't have asked any more from the hosts. Lots of information before arrival in terms of what to expect and how to find the farm. Upon arrival hosts lit the log burner for us and this kept us plenty warm enough throughout our stay despite it being the beginning of winter. The barn was spotless and all expected facilities were clean and available. The outdoor kitchen had everything you would expect and need and we were able to cook a warm meal every day of our stay. Hosts gave us plenty of wood for the fire. Shower was warm and of good quality. We thoroughly enjoyed having a walk around seeing all the animals and was greeted by a lovely dog who came to say hello. It exceeded our expectations staying in a barn on a working farm and we cannot wait to stay here again. Hopefully we will be up early enough to catch the fresh eggs next time :D

    Plenty of bedroom space for 10 people. Nice location. We were going into Nottingham every day for an event and house was pleasant 30 min drive along quiet country roads to get to our destination. Walking distance to Navigation Inn for dinner/drinks and offers beer garden overlooking canal when weather is dry, and walking distance to Co-op for groceries for when we ate at home. Plenty of space for parking 2-3 cars.
