Plenty of car parking space, lovely grounds with the New Forest ponies and horses wandering through. Excellent location. Access is very easy. There were five adults staying and we all loved it. My nan had an easy access ground floor rom that smelt a bit but ours was fine. You have appreciate it is a very old converted listed building so it wont have the feel and facilities of a big hotel. The food is very good with breakfast lunch and dinner menus, a bar area and plenty of parking. Dogs are welcomed and is half hour from Lyndhurst which has lots of nice shops.Guest review byShaunFamily with young children
