Katie and Gary were amazing hosts. They went out of their way to obtain a baby gate the day of arrival which provided comfort to us since this is a loft and we were traveling with a 2 year old. They also provided us with coffee pods when we ran out and ziplock bags when traveling home. Our family lives in the village and the location was a 2 minute walk to my in-laws. We will be back and we will be booking again!

Is situated in a quite neighborhood. The room was clean and I had everything set. Good heater for a 14°C night. A great host! And a 7 minutes walk for the closest store. Just perfect!

Great place to stay. Spacious enough, very clean, decorated beautifully, TV and fast internet. Had just about everything that you’d need for a short stay. It felt very private too. The shower was lovely & the bed was super comfy. The host was very caring and facilitating. Parking was available for free on the driveway too which was a bonus.

Everything! It was the most beautiful appartment i've been to, the facilities were excellent, the way the owner provided so many little things made us feel at home right away. Even leaving snacks out, full bottle of milk, coffee, tea, sugar,... i can't speak highly enough about this place or the owner. Communication was also the best i've ever had through Booking.com, making sure everything was ok, even when we had to check in later after losing track of time. The view as well with only nature to look at, being close to the center of town but at the same time not even the slightest noise of cars, trains or planes which are all closeby. If i would buy any appartment in Luton it would be exactly like this one, even though space is limited within any appartment, everything was filled in so efficiently and everything had a purpose, very comfortable couch, clean bathroom and kitchen, again i could go on and on about all the positives this place had, both my girlfriend and me were blown away with everything, i'm definitely booking this appartment again with how nice it was, we even had our own personal parking spot which sometimes was a problem in the past with other places i booked at because it's a very lively town. It was simply perfect and exactly what we needed to end our holiday together. We can't thank the owner enough for everything they provided for us.

    I appreciated the spacious and well-equipped kitchen, along with the cleanliness of the house. The large fridge was particularly convenient. Additionally, the option for free parking added to the convenience. The tranquil environment and peaceful nights made for a pleasant stay. Overall, the affordable price made it a good choice.
