Stayed here after doing the 4 waterfalls walk. After a good 5 hours of walking we arrived at the Ancient Briton we were greeted by friendly helpful staff and shown to our room. Recently refurbished pub the room was very spacious and very clean and the beds very comfortable. We later went on to have a meal the food was very good all locally sourced meat etc and the deserts hand made. In the morning breakfast was prepared by emma the landlady and again was beyond expectation. Overall I was very impressed and would highly recommend the Ancient Briton

We had a lovely stay at Suite 3 Sleeping Giant Hotel. The place has a stunning view, inside you are welcomed by a cozy and warm place where you can spend some days just to relax. We had our breakfast and also dinner at the restaurant, the food was delicious and enjoyed a day with dinosaurs at National Showcaves which is very close to the accommodation. We will definitely come back.

Fantastic little zoo, was great to visit and perfect for nights away if planning a walk in Brecon.Definitely recommend the place was really clean and modern.

Location is superb for walking and site seeing. Accommodation is gorgeous and the views are superb. Decor is lovely and warm. Mini zoo is on the doorstep. Donation in the letterbox before you go in is a good idea. Menu and staff are 💯 perfect, we are 3 course each evening. There's art all over the pub for sale, lots of different stuff to buy.

This is a fantastic place to stay. It’s modern and spacious. The bed felt like we were sleeping on a cloud. The pub next door is friendly and serves delicious food. It’s an ideal place to stay for the nearby waterfalls you can walk under.
