Very polite welcome. We had a very nice spacious room on the ground floor. The dinner tasted excellent and can be described as "upscale cuisine". Breakfast was also very tasty and sufficient. Both the service at dinner and the owner at breakfast were very friendly and accommodating. For dinner, a table reservation is recommended in any case, as there are only a few tables available. If we come to this area again, we will stay at the Greyhound Inn again. Thank you for a perfect stay.

Beautiful tranquil gardens , large ponds , wildlife . No noise apart from occasionally hearing the owls at night , just absolute heaven . Very private . Immaculately clean, very comfortable and relaxing modern interior. Comfortable beds with luxury bedding . We stayed early December, we were warm and snug, loved the under floor heating in the bathroom . Everything is planned and laid out well . Lots to see in the area and some first class restaurants recommended by the owners are left on the welcome pack . Would definitely love to return it was a magical experience staying at The Duck House . The owners are incredibly nice . You won’t get better than this .

    Beautiful location, amazing view of the castle from our room. Comfortable, beautifully decorated with what looks like a new wet room. Tea facilities provided. Very nice breakfast and tickets for Hever and Christmas lights provided with the stay. Secure parking. It’s all very aesthetically pleasing.
