The location and surrounds were very relaxing. Our room was spotless and comfortable. Our dinner meal was so delicious. I must commend the young girl who not only kept tables on a busy night, but also the bar and reception all with a smile on her face. I am sorry I didn't get her name.

The home is a museum of wonders. Warm and welcoming. The breakfast was absolutely superb and the owners are great people. We loved spending time with the 4 legged owners as well.

Very nice cozy but spacious and modern room with a lounge area and bedroom with an en-suite shower room. Parking easy. Ideal for exploring the West Norfolk area as the A10 is a few KM's away. Communication easy and breakfast was nice. I would definitely stay again when visiting the local area.

On arrival the heating was not working, the owner responded very quickly and resolved the issue straightaway within 5 minutes, so we were nice and warm Property was very well equipped with comfortable beds. and upon arrival there was tea,coffee,milk and some biscuits which was a very welcome surprise. nice touch decor was very nice. good amount of kitchen equipment and appliances. very safe for children, bar and grill on the complex was outstanding service and helpfulness. everyone in he area were super friendly and helpful. would 1 million percent recommend to family and friends everything was just perfect.

    Everything.A warm welcome on arrival.Lovely room with good shower and beautiful white fluffy towels.Staff were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble for them from the maintenance man to the waitresses etc.Lovely well tended grounds with trees and plenty of shade in this really hot weather very welcome with having my dog with me.Plenty of parking.Good dinner menu and the food was fantastic.

    The room was spotless, the staff both on reception and in the restaurant were professional, respectful and accommodating for any needs. The Farmhouse setting is peaceful and rural definitely what we needed for a break away. Plenty of car parking available near to room. Food excellent value for money and extremely enjoyable we stayed inclusive of the breakfast which was worth the money

    Ease of check in and check out despite very pleasant staff being very busy and room was comfortably warm on a cold October's night. Kettle in room was also useful. Room on ground level and car parking right outside the door which made it very easy for luggage access

    The room was very comfortable and well appointed and was really near to the restaurant and reception and was only a few steps to the car parking area. The breakfast was very nice and plenty of choice and the one evening meal was also very nice.
