We loved our stay at Cathedral Lodge. Exceptional location, right on the grounds of the famous Canterbury Cathedral, with parking right outside the lodge (must be reserved). Great breakfast with lots of choice, just perfect. The rooms are very nice and comfortable, all well thought out. We had a fantastic view of the cathedral. Entry to the cathedral is free for guests of the lodge. The location is a perfect base for exploring Canterbury.

The property was in a very nice and quiet area while still being relatively close to the sites that we wanted to visit. Was easy to access the property while being very clean and welcoming. There was a nice welcome package with all information needed and some nice snacks there on arrival too. Would happily of stayed there longer and would happily stay there again too.

We arrived to a friendly welcome message and immediately we were happy with our choice of accommodation. It felt like the apartment had been styled with love and care. If you start to sing ‘ We all live in a yellow submarine’, don’t be surprised!! The location is excellent, near shops and cafés ( just off the High Street) and on the canal. There are good restaurants near by, but the kitchen is also well- equipped, so one can choose to eat in or out. We highly recommend the apartment.

Deborah was amazing, and nothing was too much trouble. The annex is lovely, and the view of the garden is fabulous. We were watching the rabbits play just before dusk. Couldn't recommend it more.

Really nice apartment and towels/amenities were provided such as a hair dryer and straightener as well as tea and WIFI which some hotels don't provide as good hospitality as The Old Coach House 8 North Lane. It really exceeded my expectations and it was lovely and clean, getting the keys was straight forward and the host was easy to contact and very helpful. I would definitely recommend! The pictures were accurate and it was overall an excellent stay.

Everything was nice and comfortable, the room and bathroom are clean and well decorated. The garden space is amazing, we really loved it (even if unfortunately it rained in the evening). It's very quiet, we slept well. Our dog was happy, too!
