We’ve stayed here before and it is always exceptionally clean, tidy and homely. Very safe for the dogs and the fire is always ready to be lit which is a lovely touch! Highly recommended.

A warm welcome to start with. The room was beautiful. The shower was very good. We ordered pizza in and we could use the breakfast room to have our diner. The plates were set for us. That was very lovely. We had a good night sleep. The breakfast was also very good. We had a very nice conversation with the owners which made us feel very welcome.

Second time staying at the Green House. Very clean and has everything that you need. Lovely comfortable beds, we had the best nights sleep we have had in awhile! Great garden for our dog that is fenced off so you know that they are safe.

Absolutely love the decor and standard of furniture, fixtures and fitting of this beautifully refurbished Georgian house. Extremely well decorated and furnished, spacious, with a large bar area, large restaurant with linen tablecloths, and a separate dining area for four-legged friends. Good to know that pets are welcome and are catered for, but those without pets can dine in a separate area. Bedroom (No. 7) was beautifully furnished, spacious with very comfy super king size bed and lovely walk-in shower room with a hot powerful shower. We didn't dine in the restaurant in the evening but we both had a scrumptious breakfast in the morning. Most importantly, the staff were very friendly, efficient and attentive. Finally, the price for B&B for two was very reasonable. What's not to like ??? Highly recommended !!!

Everything ,really Everything!! Excellent service. If you are a rider, but not only, this is the best place you can stay. Extremely Friendly staff, dinner and breakfast of real quality and portions, many facilities to take care of your motorbike and motorbike gear. I will certainly go back.     The Hotel Manager is an absolute delight. Have stayed at this hotel several times and we are always greeted with a friendly, welcoming, smile. Nothing is too much trouble. It's why we go back. The nearby facilities of shops, fuel stations and eateries are an added bonus. Plenty of car parking available at no extra cost. The lake views, walks around the lake and the acceptance of dogs only further adds to the charm of this hotel.

    Everything the room was large spacious with a fantastic view of the lake. Plenty of car parking spaces and a great walk for the dogs. The room facilities were excellent great housekeeping and comfortable beds.
