Place was great. Nice welcome from the receptionist and it just got better. The rooms were spacious and clean with a great outlook onto a gargen area. There were loads of walks close by for the dog and to paddleboard was a 3 min drive...

Great location that is walkable into town and to the start of the amazing Birks of Aberfeldy walk, lovely guest house, really nice bathroom and shower, really comfortable bed, great breakfasts, friendly and welcoming owners. Would highly recommend!

The location was a few miles outside Kenmore we had a lovely side view of Loch Tay from the balcony. The apartment was wonderful, very new and modern, spacious rooms, great bathrooms and showers, comfy beds, the owners had thought of everything you would need for a relaxing stay.

Beautiful house finished to an exceptionally high standard. Had that “new home” smell. We also had a balcony which we weren’t expecting and had lovely views over the Tay. The bottle of wine chilling in the fridge on arrival was an added touch! There are games and DVDs in the house which we took advantage of. The location is fantastic, you’re a 2m drive from the nearest shop/ restaurants/ pub.

    It was like a tardis when you walked inside . Beautiful decor, homely and comfortable, and fantastic well equipped large dining kitchen. Felt very welcoming. Parking right outside and picturesque short walk to the shop at Kenmore Courtyard which stocks the best steak pies!! Josh & Maria are very helpful!

    We liked that everything was there of what we needed and it was a lovely place. Staff were lovely as well. Our apartment was a great size for the 3 of us. 1 double bed room and 1 room with 2 single beds and both bedrooms had bathrooms with a shower which was fab. Living room, kitchen and dining room idea was great all open planned. Also had parking outside of apartment which was great.

    Extremely pleasant and very helpful reception staff. Our cottage was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a self catering stay. The cottage was to the rear of the resort, so didn't have a view out over the loch, but did look out onto nice wooded area. Parking was close by and very convenient. Access to the loch was just 2 minutes walk and the morning swims were wonderful!
