The room was in the converted stable block which meant it was away from the pub itself and thus very quiet. Room was very spacious and very well furnished. Everything exceptionally clean. Fresh milk in the fridge to use with tea and coffee was a real bonus. Have stayed in much more expensive places and not had that. Staff were pleasant and very helpful. We particularly liked the sitting area with a good television and spacious couch. Also a good size table for eating meals. We were informed beforehand that reception and restaurant would not be open but that the owner would be available by WhatsApp, and he lived up to the promise. Check-in was simple as was the on-line check-out. The Inn is easy to find, but parking can be difficult if you arrive late.
