The property was lovely from the get go. walked in and it was spotless, lovely rooms. rooms are alot bigger than photos show which was a lovely surprise. hot tub is an added extra, lovely to have and very clean. lovely walks around the house, and a lovely pub which we had a meal in. would definitely recommend to people, had a lovely few nights away. we will definitely be coming back.

Lovely little country pub in a nice location. Rooms were clean tidy and nicely decorated. Steve the manager was excellent and couldn’t do enough for us food was delicious and would definitely stay again

Really great stay for a night. Very friendly staff, large room, bathroom, drinks facilities very good standard. Ate at the restaurant and were very satisfied with quality and value and included breakfast was huge - not often I'm defeated by a fry up. Thanks for our stay!

Great quiet location not far from Wroxham. We stayed in a lovely room overlooking the patio, bright and airy. A little bit of noise late in the evening from guests on the patio but it didn’t spoil our stay. Lovely patio area for enjoying a drink. Staff were all friendly and attentive. Breakfast was good.

    Lovely house in a good location, behind gates so plenty of secure parking. Nice big room with a big bathroom, at night it was dark and quiet and the bed was warm and comfortable. Tv, kettle, mini fridge and toaster in the room. Beautiful horses on site. Owner friendly and efficient. Good free wifi.

    Good location just off the A47. Within easy reach of Norwich and the east coast beaches. Good facilities and modern clean property. twin room with en-suite shower and toilet. Small fridge with tiny freezer compartment in the room. Kettle for tea and coffee making. Hairdryer and complimentary shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Ample on site free parking. Access to hot tub - but this is not available after 8pm. Shared kitchen and dining room with all modern facilities including a toaster.
