Everything from the exquisite decor to the little details the impeccable service the most welcoming hosts Laura and Paul who go out of their way to make you stay special and a place you want to go back the minute you leave.     Warm, cozy and very well appointed. A beautiful place to stay if you wish to explore the area. Car parking provided and a direct bus which goes every half hour straight into Edinburgh. Sad to leave but will definitely recommend it (and return if in the area again)

    Location was one of the considerations when looking for accommodation in Linlithgow. It had free parking available behind the hotel which was a bonus. It was a short walk into town. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The accommodation was clean, the rooms were fresh and appeared to be well maintained. The bar was well stocked and the bar staff were attentive. The booking included breakfast, which was all freshly prepared, good portion size and delicious.

    Well laid out. Everything provided that would be needed, iron, cookware, tea/coffee, breakfast etc. Walking distance to train station with frequent trains to Glasgow and Edinburgh. Right in centre of town with off street parking which we were permitted to use on the day of arrival and the day of departure. Staff couldn’t be more helpful.
