very friendly staff, lovely location, easy access to local train and bus services, very close to other amenities and travel into Liverpool only cost £4 return, bed and towels were lush, hot water when showering, very nice complimentary toiletries and very welcome biscuits on tea tray, breakfast was really lovely and quite extensive menu for breakfast and dinner, overall definitely stay again thank you all

We stayed for a night on 11th Nov'23 with family of 7. The place is modern, comfortable and super clean. All the amenities and essentials are as listed/featured in his pictures. It’s located just walking distance to Anfield Stadium. We enjoyed the stay in his apartment and want to come to his apartment again in near future. Without any reservations, we are highly recommending this flat for the people who are keen on quality.

Fantastic stay at Hotel Tia. We came over from Ireland to a game at anfield (2mins walk away). Staff were lovely and a lovely warm welcoming feel to the place. Will definitely be visiting again! Place was immaculately clean and rooms are fresh!
