We had a large double bed which could be made into a twin which was super comfy. The room was a good size with a decent size bathroom with a shower. There is parking outside the pub and the guesthouse is about 20 minutes drive from Sunderland Stadium of light. The local area is lovely with the coast only a short drive away.
