A noticeable nice touch was having tea/coffee supplies, including two different fresh milks, pods for the coffee machine, choice of shower gels etc. After a 500+ mile drive it was nice to arrive and be able to relax before finding local shops etc. It has a large private garden which I imagine is an added plus during the warmer months. Staff were friendly, helpful and worked very hard. Seemed like each person had multiple jobs from tending bar to serving your food and checking you in. Easy off-street parking.
