Firstly, I was extremely impressed with lovely couple providing the accommodation. Upon contacting them for some assistance with locating the property, they went above and beyond with their help in doing so. Furthermore, they helped me with the information I needed to locate the place that was my main reason for visiting this lovely area. The property wasn't what I was expecting, it was much more. Not only immaculately clean, warm, and tastefully presented, once I met the hosts and was shown around, I received total privacy which was required in order to absorb just how lovely the place is. Phill. and his lovely wife Toni are there if you need them, but trust me, all you require and more, is already there for your arrival. The only problem I had was that my stay was too short, I wished I had booked for a longer stay in what is a lovely part of the country and exceptional accommodation. I will most certainly return for a longer stay very soon and cannot recommend No.78 enough. I won't be adding any photos because you have to see it to believe it!

Our stay was amazing! Accommodation is in a great secluded area of Frodsham which made us feel like we were miles away from home. You can clearly tell every little detail has been thought of by Lady Heyes. From the cover over the top of our Hot Tub, to the comfortable spacious sofa perfect for relaxing in the night time. Nothing was too much for the staff in reception and they made us feel very welcome. Will definitely be returning!

Breakfast was served at the table. The staff were very friendly and always able to chat with. ample parking , ideal location, A well stocked bar and some meals were available on an evening.

    Quaint old family manor house in rural location. Owners have gone to great lengths in a effort to retain many of the manor house's origional arts & crafts features. Plenty of parking. Staff were very welcoming and the cooked breakfast was delicious.

    Lady who served breakfast and cleaned the rooms was lovely and helpful . Young lad behind the bar bought an ironing board up to the room which was great . Bed was comfy and sheets / towels lovely and clean Plenty of tea/ coffee / biscuits on complimentary room tray Lots of free parking
