Its a very special built hotel, but in a good way. The pool was very good with an lovely view from the top floor. The sauna was also nice. I loved my room, it had a lot of space and a balcony with the best view on the mointains. Also the staff was very nice, polite and friendly. The hotel is pretty new thats why there are not so much ratings yet. Overall a very nice hotel for a good price. I can fully recommend.

The friendliest, most welcoming guesthouse you will ever find. The owner made us feel like part of the family immediately, offering us his homemade chacha and snacks as a welcome and chatting with us throughout the evening. The room for the four of us was spacious and perfect for four students. The garden and the views from the balcony were lovely with the owner's puppy also being one of the highlights! There are stores, bakeries, restaurants etc. really near the place and the region's scenery is just epic!

After 3 weeks of travelling around Georgia, this was one of our favourite stays. Communication with our host (Beka) was excellent, and the hospitality wonderful, nothing was too much trouble, and he did everything he could to ensure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was comfortable, light, and unique. We had dinner one night in the hosts cellar/dining area, and it was really nice. Good food and wine. We really enjoyed a few days in this area. We spent 3 hrs exploring the Vardzia caves (going early at opening time means you can beat the tour buses) and also visited the Zeda convent. I'm very glad we visited this area of Georgia, and I'm particularly glad we met Beka and stayed at his wonderful Hobbiton.

Lovely house, very clean and comfortable, rooms are new. Beautiful garden, fresh air in the morning, simply a nice place to stay. The hosts are very hospitable, breakfast was delicious, everything homemade. Totally recommend.

Koba and Angelina (and bubu the dog) were very kind and generous hosts. This was the perfect place to stay and enjoy Angelina's delicious home cooked food and Koba's homemade wine after exploring Vardzia. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. They even helped us arrange transport back to Akhaltsikhe. Highly recommend!

Very nice in a super location in the valley in front of the lake. Good breakfast and nice staff. Clean room. We also did a horse riding tour which was amazing! Perfect place for relaxing and visit Vardzia.

We loved our small wooden cabin in the mountains; it was exceptionally clean, both the room and the toilet/shower. We could not have wished for lovelier and friendlier hosts; the hospitality they showed us was heart-warming, and they made us a real feast on arrival. The property is 10 min drive from the stunning Vardzia cave monastery. Thank you, dear Maka and Merab, for making our stay truly memorable!
