Wonderful place, quiet and peaceful. The house is very well run, comfortable and stylish, the garden is available for guests and everyone could find a place to chill. Ive is a great host, always helpful and easy to communicate. Wifi dropped from time to time, but that was a minor thing versus all the benefits and comfort atmosphere. Thanks a lot!

This is the gold standard on how an agro guesthouse should be run. This whole place gives you an experience of Georgian hospitality in the countryside. The location is very rural with farm animals visiting. It’s very quiet at night (which is unusual for Georgia). The ladies that run the place are very warm and will do everything to make sure you feel comfortable. We had breakfast twice and dinner with wine twice - all the food was absolutely amazing and there is no way you can eat it all. On one night we had live music and on both nights we were lucky as Maja (the owner) hosted a group of German choir who sang beautiful Georgian music - it was an unforgettable experience. The room was very clean and smelled of freshness with a comfortable bed. You will hear people walking on floor upstairs but it didn’t bother us. To sum it up: it’s a rural guesthouse with a warm Georgian atmosphere, excellent food and hospitality on a top level. Best suited for people who like the countryside and a quiet location. If we ever visit that area again we will definitely stay there.

If you decide to choose this house - you better do it fast, it's a real hidden gem for this low of a price. Despite not having that many reviews yet, the place is absolutely wonderful and hosts are ready to do everything to make your stay here as pleasant as possible. Photos don't do justice to this place and it was the first time in my life when the reality was much better than expected. Everything was perfect! Clean and comfortable room, good choice for breakfast! The hotel is located just a 5 minute walk from the city centre in a very quiet and safe area.
